2010 AMI Conference Registration Form

Enclosed is my $______ registration donation for the 2010 AMI Monetary Reform Conference in Chicago September 30th to Oct. 3rd.  Minimum donation $395* per person. Student/activist Discount is $175,
and some scholarships will hopefully be available. All participants must pre-register.
There are no "at the door" registrations.

*Early registration discount $225, postmarked by April. 30th

(An 80% refund is available until May 15th, and will afterward be pro-rated downward to a 20% refund after September 1st)

*The American Monetary Institute as part of its responsibility in sponsoring the Conference reserves the right at its sole discretion and without public or private explanation, to restrict attendance at this Conference to persons it considers will enhance the purposes of the meeting, as detailed above. Participants should understand and be in agreement that the conference will stay focused on monetary system questions and will not be diverted into other areas.

___ Please send me a copy of The Lost Science of Money book by Stephen Zarlenga. Enclosed is my check for $68 ($60 plus $8 S & H) [All foreign shipments are now by airmail - a post office requirement - add $18 extra postage; $86 total, on foreign orders].

___ Please send me the professionally recorded 4 CD Audio set of the full 2006 Conference Speakers, at $75 postpaid, foreign and domestic. Outstanding monetary material! Play them while working on your computer.

___ Please send me the professionally recorded video DVDs, filmed with a high definition camera of the full 2007 Conference Speakers, at $395. Add $15 for domestic postage and $45 for all foreign postage (must now go by airmail). Outstanding monetary material! 20 DVD's for $335 donation, (please add $15 domestic postage. All Foreign orders,  plus Hawaii and Alaska are sent only by airmail, and require an additional $45 postage and handling fee). Any individual speaker is available for a $49 donation, postpaid, (any 5 speakers for $195). Please specify which ones.
